❖ Honey Lavender French breast of chicken over garlic mashed potatoes, served with grilled asparagus.
❖ 8oz Filet Mignon over garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and finished with a mushroom demi
❖ Black and white sesame seared Ahi Tuna on a bed of wild rice, accompanied with grilled asparagus, and blistered tomatoes.
❖ 12oz Prime Rib served with garlic mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots. Au jus served on the side.
❖ Brine soaked bone in porkchop pan seared over sweet mashed potatoes, topped with caramelized green apples, and served with glazed carrots.
❖ Herb crusted New Zealand rack of Lamb with rosemary gnocchi, and glazed carrots
❖ Pasta primavera with mushroom sage fritters. *Vegetarian
